Woking staff were pretty good. Not overly knowledgeable but sometimes that's a good thing.

    How are you enraging them?

I've used west end and now spitalfields - generally helpful and friendly.

I find there online deliver to store service really good too, especially clothes etc - try it on and if it doesn't fit you can refund/return it in store.

The Evans staff in most of the branches I've been in are very pleasant. The staff in the store opposite Waterloo are up their own arses though.

My biggest gripe with Evans is that they don't dedicate someone to serving on the tills. Countless times I've popped in on the way home to grab a couple of spare tubes after a day of punctures to find that all four staff are busy helping people look at bikes and I've had to hang around for nearly 10 minutes until one of them twigs and comes over to clear the queues.

I feel sorry for them a lot of the time. I've overheard some right obnoxious people in there.
