Boardman Urban MTB Team Rigid Carbon Fork

I've been wanting to upgrade my old MTB, that I've been using for commuting, for some time and have been looking at the Boardman range...I was initially looking at the Hybrid Team however, as 75% of my ride to work is on a canal towpath and off road, I've eventually gone for the Boardman Urban MTB Team R which gets great reviews on this site (http://bit.ly/t0ehc6) as this, even with a carbon fork, should take more punishment than the Hybrids I was initially looking at.
I also got a great deal on it, as they're currently selling for £750 in halfords, with £70 off this weekend, as well as my 10% off for being a British Cycling member means I've only paid £605 for it....very pleased.
I did have to set it up when I got it home, as Halfords didn't do a very good job with the gears or the brakes...but now it's setup right it's a nice ride...
Anyone else got this bike and can offer any views on it?
