I have emailed their customer service twice over the last 8 days via the email address on the official website, and had no reply.
Has the email add changed? Or do they usually take longer than this to reply to enquiries?
Cheers.

I have always found mine (Harrogate) absolutely superb.0 -
That's strange, I had to email them a couple of weeks ago and they responded within 5 minutes.

Will try again...0 -
Can always call them if they don't respond.
If its related to warranties or getting product they will just advise you to go through a dealer.0 -

Yepp, that! I waited 2 weeks for a response for a headset part number and they just came back with "talk to your dealer", which I already had done by the time I got the email (and got some very helpful/prompt feedback from the Bristol concept store).0 -
Well my email is about sourcing a new mech hanger (so I expect the dealer reply as above), but also a warranty issue with my S-works lid0

If you need a part number call them, have done this myself in the past as it makes ordering stuff through their dealers a lot easier and ensures you get the right part, they are super helpful.
In terms of your lid, go back to dealer you bought it from with proof of purchase (spesh warrenty only applies to original purchaser) and they should sort it out for you by either replacing it themselves or speaking with Spesh for them to send a replacement.0
