DT Swiss X1800 Wheel conversion

Morning all.
I have a pair of 2009 DT Swiss X1800 wheels that I am hoping to transfer from one bike to another.
The front wheel hub has a 15mm through bolt but the bike that I putting it onto has a QR Skewer. Dt Swiss do have several conversion kits on the go but they are rather confusing (to me at least).
Has anyone done this exact job and knows what conversion kit it is that i need ?
Any help is appreciated.

so they should all be the same internal size as they range from 9mm to 20mm
