Hi there, 1st post yeah!!!
Little bit of advice needed please. Iam about to purchase a pair of spd-sl shoes and im stuck between a few diff options.
Should i go for dhb r1.0 or shimano r077. From what ive read the dhb's have fibreglass enforced soles unsure of the r077's.
Any help appreciated, Thanks.
(ps bought my 1st bike on friday hooked already  )

the DHB's get good reviews as budget shoes - but check our Chain Reactions deals on Shimano shoes - I saw a post yesterday that had some really good priceshttp://veloviewer.com/SigImage.php?a=3370a&r=3&c=5&u=M&g=p&f=abcdefghij&z=a.png

I have the R1.0. They are decent enough for the money.
I am size 8.5 normally and their size 44 is spot on for me.

Have you tried either of those on for comfort and size? The best shoes in the world won't make a lick of difference if you're in agony after 20 minutes.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

These look pretty good. A step up from the Dhb but similar in price.0 -
went for the r077's decent price at moment on fatbirds 49quid. 11.5 instead of my usual 10.5 hope there ok
