Anyone know if swinerton cycles is open this bank holiday i was going go for a spin tomorrow but i need a headset bearing all the best ade

    Its not that i haven't thought of ringing them i just didn't want to psyc myself up then find out its not open halfords don't stock bearings for my hope headset and evans don't have any in

    Big thumbs up for these guys!

    Was at Cannock for the first time yesterday and stupidly taco'ed my smaller ring on the front cogs good and proper, ripped 3 bolts out and snapped the chain changing gear uphill not even a quarter way through the dog..was gutted.

    Anyhow decided to try swinertons for some help and luckily the women and guy in there totally sorted it for me. They took the crank of, removed the bent ring, sold and fitted a powerlink and set the front gear so it wouldn't flick the chain off the middle ring. All for nothing, I cannot thank them more.

    Would of been a long way to travel too from Manchester for a quarter of the dog.
