Superb ride by EBH - dropped da Costa at 1km and stormed home for the win

Plouay is always fun. Very active last 40k or so. Good stuff.
  • Classy win there, could have waited for a bunch sprint, but instead won from a lone attack!

It's a shame that he can never seem to find those legs in April.

He probably has those legs in April.

Just everyone else's legs are much better ;).

    Probably true.

A career of winning semi classics and naff short stage races then. As somebody who thought he had a lot of potential (though never bought the Merckx comparisons) I find that a little sad.

And he's been sacrificed on the GC-TdF-alter by Sky.

That must have been why Sky made him joint leader for both P-R and Flanders this year, then

I still hold out hopes for EBH coming good - I'm keeping the faith :)
