    Sounds bad, was it cycling or something quite innocuous?

    Either way, best of luck with the recovery...might be a long one :-(

    Both my knees are fine but I got overtaken by a guy in flip flops the other dasy. A torn cartilage, or the absence of one leg for that matter, will not make you the slowest guy out there as long as I am still riding.
