I have just had great service from Garmin. My Edge 500 utton failed, rang them up, gave them the code , they verrified it. I wasn't asked to try any troubleshooting steps. They just said they'l send me a ref to put on a box and post it back. posted Sat am. replacement brand new arrived Wednesday AM.

it works a treat. I'm still slow though. :(

    Haha! Great reply!

Good to know the service was good. They're probably offering this no questions asked policy as the unit is newly released.

I hope my 800 never goes, but if it does, I hope the service is this good.
