Biketart issue.

Hi,
I ordered a Royal jersey from Biketart about 3 weeks ago, and it never turned up. I got in touch after a week and they refunded me a week later. Last week I ordered a different jersey and that has not arrived either! I dont get what the deal is, my address is fine and I have received other parcels from CRC / Merlin Cycles in the past week.
I have let them know that the second jersey hasn't arrived, but they are being very slow to reply. Has this happened to anyone else??

Sounds like an issue with the post
The PO is crap around these parts. First Class takes an average of a week to arrive. This week we got a letter from the local sorting office containing mail from December that had been stolen by one of the postmen. Ive had stuff go missing from CRC this month as well.0
