In the market for a set of new Bars in 44 cm as my standard spec bars are too narrow and have been lured by the look of some Easton bars which have flat tops for a diffrent postion , was just wondering who else makes these at a reasonable price say £70 ish without going into Carbon .

Beat me to it. Love the shape!0 -
Ergonova.
When I first got them I didn't like them but they grew on me quickly and feel good for a flat top bar, plus they look good with the 3T stem.0 -
Or FSA Wing Pro Compact.
Has the same flat top, shape and dimensions as the FSA SLK and k-force compact bars, but without the price premium of carbon.

They look good but dont appear to be as flat on the tops as some models.0 -
Cinelli vai palm, if you prefer traditional bend bars.0

I really liked my cinelli bars, I swapped them for ergonovas but I'm not sure I could pick a favourite. The tops on the cinellis are a lot flatter and thinner compared to the ergonova, but I prefer the transition from bars to hoods on the ergonovas0
-
So you think the Cinelli are flexy because there thinner ?0
-
No wouldn't say they had any more flex, just different profile - the cinellis are more of a squashed oval and the ergonovas a more perfect oval, if that makes any sense at all! Just depends what you're after I guess, the cinelli tops are great if you like resting your forearms on the tops.0

I have a Cube GTC that came with Easton EA30 Aero's.
I'm sure they are a tad weighty compared with some, but they are mega comfy for me.
