History behind this flag

This is probably a weird topic for cake stop but I'm not a member of any history forums and cba signing up. I'm pretty sure someone will be able to help me out. I need help finding out the background of this flag

Yes I know it is a third reich flag, but was it used for any particular wehrmacht divisions or countries or naval? It has the schutzstaffel insignia and swastika, does that mean it was for an ss division?

Or any photos of it from ww2?

With the skull on it, I'd guess it was the Totenkopf [Death's Head] division of the SS.
