Cube Acid vs Cube Ltd Pro Edition

Hi all
Looking to buy a 2011 Cube Ltd Pro Edition for about £400 but will cost £100 in travel costs (Buyer will not ship) to collect and anticipate it to be 6-8 hours round trip so the best part of a whole day.
Now, I already have a 2011 Cube Acid (Green and Black version!) which I love but I think I could sell for about £350-£400 with relative ease.
Now, comparing the specs of the two there doesn’t seem to be too much difference apart from the front shock.
The frame on the Ltd is doubled butted and ‘superlite Alu instead of Lite Alu’ and the brakes are Shimano instead of Hayes but I don’t think I am experienced enough to notice the difference.
So my question is, if the Ltd going to be worth the extra £150 odd or will I be better off buying a new front shock and upgrading. Assuming my £150 will get me an even better shock for my monies or bang per buck so to speak.
But I really really like the Black anodised frame on the Ltd.
Many thanks
Bolly

I think I'd just upgrade the forks to something like a Reba. The frame is better on the LTD mind.0
