Fork for Intense Spider 2

I am currently running a DT Swiss EXM130 on my Spider but have just been offered a good deal on a Talas 140. I dont really have any complaints with the DT fork (have nothing to compare it to), but I am left wondering whether or not the Talas will slacken the HA to give me a little better handling on the downhills.
Its not really possible for me to try before buying so does anyone here have any experience on both forks? Is there a big difference on ride quality? Will the extra 10mm be noticeable?
