Will Avid Juicy 3 levers fit Elixir 7's or CR's

Hi
I have some pimpy red levers on my Juicy 3's and fancy upgrading to the Elixir CR's or Elixir 7's but I'd like to keep my red levers.
Will they fit? or do they use different shaped levers?
Also, is there much difference between Elixir 7 and Elixir CR, other than the adjuster in the CR?
Thanks

the levers will not fit.
the whole lever assy can be used if you really want."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

please excuse my ignorance but what is the lever assembly part you mention? and is it a total strip and re-bleed job?

you have 3 parts. the lever assy. hose. caliper."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks for the clarification. Would that then give me the elixir brake feel & stopping power or a mix of Juicy elixir? or does the feel & stopping power come from the caliper?
Thanks again0 -
i would not bother."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
