turbo trainers

I'm interested in buying a turbo and have seen some cheap ones on Ebay like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Quiet-Bicycle-Bike-Cycle-Fan-Fly-wind-wheel-Foldable-Turbo-Trainer-Indoor-Black-/110876655149?pt=UK_SportGoods_CyclAcces_RL&hash=item19d0c37e2d, I've got rollers already and want a turbo to do some strength workouts on, I'm thinking standing sprints, hard reps etc, will these be ok, I'm not bothered about noise or bells and whistles, what else do you get for your money with the more expensive ones?
