Garmin Edge 500 problems

Was wondering if anyone knows why I get speed errors, when I upload to Garmin connect, but when I upload same files to RidewithGPS the errors are not there.

    The RidewithGPS data is probably smoothed to look nicer.
    More problems but still living....

    If you're having GPS problems I feel bad for you son, I've got 99 problems but my garmin aint one.

    Looks the same as mine does. You appear to have quite a bit of stop starts on yours though.

    WHat setting are you using for data recording? Per Second or Smart recording?

    Whats the difference and how would I change it.

    I didnt stop once.

    Even worse tonight, it only seems to happen when I preload a course
