Starting Jump Biking???

Hi guys im thinking of starting jump biking and i need help with choosing a "Jump Bike"
I want somthing with 24inch wheels, front and rear brake and under £500.
Or should i build a custom one?

something like the DMR Drone or the Identiti P45 sould suit.
