Hi I've decided to buy a road bike as a form of exercise around the countryside (sick of running!)
I've found these two bikes in budget, but know nothing about bikes, so could someone tell me if any is best or the pros and cons of each?
And secondly I'm 6ft3, what does this mean for the size of the bike I should buy, I assume bigger?

Thanks a lot!

I've had neither of those bikes but I've had a Viking pursuit and it was awful.
It was supposed to be good but it was terrible. To be honest with you, I wouldn't trust Viking

You probably need an XXL frame, usually the largest that any reputable brand makes. Check out the sizes made by Trek, Cannondale, Giant etc. They have geometry charts on their websites. The bike is sized by the length of the vertical seat-tube but it is really fitted to a rider using the length of the horizontal Top Tube (which determines the reach from saddle to bars)
Most of the budget bikes come in Medium or if you are lucky, L which is still a bit small.
If there is nothing budget in XL, look for something used but a good model.0 -
Decathlons triban 3 comes in 60cm and 63cm frame sizes.0
