wondering if anyone has taken part before or if this is new. 400 miles from London to Edinburgh over 4 days. I know a lot of people have done lejog and this is only part of the way, but how hard is it to cycle for 100 miles 4 days in a row. I've been cycling for a couple of years, still overweight and still not very fast. Any advice would be welcome.

    You could maybe try doing 100 miles on a Saturday and Sunday to get a feel for it?
