Polar cs200 Sensors not working

Hi guys bought a second hand polar and the monitor is working and the heart rate is working but the cadence and speedo isn't !
Iv changed the batteries even though there in sealed units but still don't work . Any ideas how to get them working ?

    I had a problem with the head unit where it stopped picking up the speed sensor. I sent it back to the online store as it was within a few months of buying it and I got a replacement. Other than checking that the distance from the head unit isn't a problem it may suggest the same problem.
