Chinese frame for disc and guards

Could anybody recommend a Chinese carbon frame, or similarly priced not chinese carbon, where I can get away with full guards and discs? Reason being I want to upgrade the frame set on my genesis CDF, it's feeling a little stale... Also, anyway recommend a decent disc compatible wheelset, pretty sturdy but a bit of weight saving over the standard one which are fitted.
Any help appreciated!

    Planet X Dirty Disco? Plenty of factory 29er MTB wheels available or get some Stans Crest rims built onto Novatec superlight hubs.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
