PM Disabled?

Hello.
I've just joined the forum and have received a PM but I can't reply.
I've checked in the FAQ and it states 3 reasons why, Quote:
"you are not registered and/or not logged on, the board administrator has disabled private messaging for the entire board, or the board administrator has prevented you from sending messages"
As I'm registered & logged in, please would someone turn on my PM's so I can respond.
