Julia will also take a look at the recently created ‘black route’, a steep downhill trail that’s not for the fainthearted.
And the photo to accompany this:

The research is pathetically weak on this, however, I'd guess that the picture is more connected to this sentence, which is in the paragraph next to the photo...
Along the way Julia learns more about the forest’s unique sculptures

Sorry, I hadn't realised that it takes you about a minute to read each line of text.

I knew someone would make a TV article about me some day.

I would have banked on it being crimestoppers though.

Depends if they mean true black run or typical FC "black" grade that's more like a slightly rocky blue as on some I've done (admitted there are some crap-you-up serious black runs about... but not according to the BBC).

Still, looks awesome according to their web page. I mean if it has signs like this!...

At least the 'trail' in the photo at the top is literally black stuff.

So flicking through this on iPlayer, not going to sit through every minute... err, where was it?

All I can find is a brief couple of seconds at the beginning showing guys riding a trail inc someone in a full face, and that was it.

There was that, and a brief section a bit later where she talked to the owner of a bike shop, whilst stood in the middle of the black run. He pretty much said 'you couldn't do this on a normal bike, you'd fall off' then it moved on to something about milk.

If you are physically fit then there isnt anything on there thats difficult IMO, there is a lot of fire road and the singletrack isnt very technical. My missus did the red a few years ago when she'd only been riding for 6 months, maybe even less.
