    So what does it mean when your race is named after the main road it goes over? (E3?)

    Perhaps that you can identify a feature/hill/section of a race elevates it out of the realm of chipper? On the other hand, the fact that the main feature of note in a race is another road that it goes over probably lowers it firmly into chipperdom.

    Anyway, 'Vattenfall Cyclassics' sounds much grander than 'Scheldeprijs'; I'm seeing an over-blown gothic black and white trailer with a Wagnerian soundtrack... lots of tracking shots into Greipel, Sagan, et al, stood there, looking all hard and moody with their arms crossed...swirling graphic nonsense in the background of storm-clouds dissolving into shots of the ferocious peloton... that sort of thing....

    Surely the Scheldeprijs is less of a chipper because it's named after a river?
