FUJI CCR-1...Thoughts??

Hi all,
Just after some thoughts/reviews on the Fuji CCR-1 2009/10 road bike please. A second hand one has come locally and he wants £990 for it (I think he would take £900). Orginal spec and excellent condition.
Anybody had/has one of these bikes? What are your thoughts on it? I have read they are comfortable for centruy rides but not very quick to get up to speed, which if the case does put me off a little as I don't do long rides at the minute, I tend to do about 25mile but just go as quick as I can all the time. I do a few hills but it's mainly flat.
Also what do you think of the price? Sound about right?
