I have just got my first road bike after mountain biking for years, and i was wondering, i know road bikes are built for speed etc but was wondering if there is a possibility there can be too much space between your saddle and bars. Is there anything out there to find the optimum distance it should be?

YouTube also has lots of videos on the subject.
