Service at Ribble CYCLES

I ordered my bike 2 weeks ago, arrived yesterday. Upon opening the box I find the frame is too small, checks everything over and looks like i ordered wrong, GUTTED so I calls them up and ribble cycles have agreed to collect my bike this week, take it back to their workshop for a frame swap, then send it back out to me and all i have to do is pay delivery charge again because i could have concentrated a bit more when ordering.

NO ACCEPTABLE I SAY.

I want them to deliver a brand new bike tomorow, then worry about collecting the old one, when I can let them have it and inbetween time dont charge me a thing, It may have been my own fault for being a blooming numpty when I ordered, and they may have delivered exactly what they said they would, at a bloody good price, but why dont i get the preferential treatment im obviously deserving off, I shouted pleanty when I rang them up and i have spent atleats 2 thousand pounds in the last 10 years I mean COME ONN!
