Fix or buy a new bike?

Hey guys

I was hit by a car while cycling last week and my bike got messed up... both wheels were broken, rear deraiuller got twisted, and rear disc probably damaged too. My bike is a 2012 trek 1.5. Gotit 2months ago. The guy that hit me payed me $1100 settlement now am not sure whther to add a couple hundred and get a new bike ex. Trek 2.1, or just put on new set of wheels and rear deraiuller and fix whtever needs to be fixed.

    I would strip the bike down and sell off the parts. Then add that to the money you have been given and buy a new bike.

    You should get enough to buy the 2.1 easily and some lucky people will get some nearly new parts cheaply.

    Sell your frame and parts on ebay and buy the 2.1 which is a better spec upgrade.

    I had a couple deep bruises but nothing broken thank god! Im from kuwait its hard to sell bike parts here and i know nothin about ebay or how it works ;/ i just saw the 2013 specialized evo rival looks great anyone have it? Isit worth $2100 or can i find a better cheaper bike?
