Eagle Road club - 50 mile TT 9 September

Eagle Road Club is promoting its open 50 mile time trial on the E1/50 course (starting near Stansted Montfitchet to Newmarket, Suffolk and back). It’s on a mix of fast and slow roads. A good test of pacing and strength on a classic course. Also part of the SPOCO series. Enjoy Eagle’s legendary hospitality after you get back to our club hut. The start times are from 7.00am to 9.00am.

    I did my first 50 on the E1/50 on Sunday and it's a great course. Get your entries in!

    Did a 25 on the E1/25b (half the E1/50), and have done numerous rides on the E2 courses (other half of the E1/50), and it looks a great mix, the E1/25b bit is pretty technical, corners and hills etc, the E2 part is super fast.

    There are quite a few entries from riders that haven't got a time for a 50. Don't be put off if you haven't done one before!
