I ordered a Gore Xenon bib shorts and a couple og jerseys from Wiggle, all items were supposed to be in stock. As I live in Norway I paid 24 pounds for tracking and priority. They sent me the jerseys with priority, but couldn't send the bib shorts (although the site said 10+, ready to despatch). When they sent the bib shorts, they did this without priority.
They return the 24 pounds and say they're sorry, but I think people should know that the system is not to be trusted.
