fuel ex7 creaking!

Hi guys
Very annoying creaking noise coming from somewhere on bike when cranking off seat, particularly uphill. Sounds metallic as if crack in frame somewhere when the frame is being twisted(no cracks evident). Tried checking pivot bearings, hub bearings, rear shock mounts etc but seem ok. Just been in for 3 month first service and guy reckons spokes could need tensioning and it could be them pinging when twisting bike from side to side. Checked for cables flicking against frame but can't seem to isolate noise. What is the reliability of these press fit bearings in BB? Could it be them? Anyone out there with a 2012 fuel ex with similar issues? Probs with this bike are getting beyond a joke considering it is 3 months old. Cheers.

Sounds like a rubbish LBS - surely they should check them and sort it out.

Don't just head straight for the BB, I had an annoying, loud creak that only happened when I was on the power. Turns out it was the chainring bolts. Strip, clean, regrease, sorted.
