Sportives in Italy/Spain?

I've been doing sportives for a few years and have been over to France a few times to ride in the alps. Now I really fancy having a go at some of the climbs in northern Spain or Italy. I've had look online but can't seem to find much info on sportives in those areas. I'm sure there are some rides out there but have had no luck so far. Does anyone know of any good rides out there? If so can you let me know and how to enter?

Did the Nove Colli in May this year.
Loved it. 200km and 3800m of climbing.
Starts and finishes in Cesenatico near Rimini.
