Ultegra DI2 seat tube bottle cage problem

I recently purchased an Ultegra Di2 upgrade kit to my bike and as a consequence the seat tube bottle cage mount cannot be used as a bottle would conflict with the battery mount on the down tube. Clearly drilling would not be an option so wondered if anyone else had encountered this and managed to solve? I did see some kind of Shimano bottle cage relocate on a US website but not clear if it is a fix to this particular problem.
