I am currently using the app "Cyclemeter" to track stats etc.

What does everyone else use? Any recommendations.

  • I currently use MapMyRide because the ride data is automatically uploaded to the MapMyRide website from my phone after the ride. So when I get back to my computer the data is already there and I can look at the mile segments in detail and compare against other rides.

They have just added automatic hill comparisons against other riders so if a hill has a 3% gradient of more and is over 500m then it let's you compare your time against others.

They are working on the ability for users to create their own segments to compare against other riders, but it is not available yet. I think this will allow it to act a bit like Strava, but I am not sure.

Mapmyride simply as it has ANT+ compatability. (My phone is ANT+ enabled out of the box the iphone isn't)

I have ANT+ speed/cadence and HRM of course.
