Disc compatible 700cc wheels

I have a carrera gryphon hybrid disc spec which has disc brakes on it.

I'm looking at getting a half decent wheelset for it, and initially had looked at the fulcrum 5's until I realised they're not disc compatible.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a strong but light disc compatible 700cc wheelset?

    Custom build Velocity A23 or Stans Crest rims on Novatec hubs - try someone like JustRidingAlong. Fulcrum do a range of 29er factory wheels - Red Power XL or Mavic C29 Max. Check that your rear wheel uses a 135mm OLN rear/MTB-size hub - probably does
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
