I've heard great things about this bike, it's just in my price range and seems perfect for what kind of cycling I'll be doing (road/off-road/uphill).

Does anyone have any opinions on this bike?

Thanks

Great bike. Buy it but don't pay full price. Buy it from a Germany sites, get a previous model or wait for the 2013 bikes to come up and mop up one from this season

I can get one for about £900 off of bike-discount.de
    Is that a decent price?

    VERY!

As has been said before; if you like the cube , you should also take a gander at the Radon 7 from the same store also. Same stealthy black but better components and value - especially when its the daily deal offer.

    +1.

It is a lovely looking and very well specced bike. A reba at that price is fantastic!

    Thanks for the replies.

So the Radon ZR Team 7.0 for £724.70 or the Cube Ltd Race for £896.89?

I've never heard of the Radon and can't find any reviews so can't form my own opinion on it! :P

The Radons look very very similar to the Cubes - similar geometry, weight, specs etc. I wonder whether that even for Cubes you're paying a little for the brand?

I thought that when I was last bike shopping, Pretty much every bike I looked at had a better spec than the cubes within my budget.

Okay, so the Radon is much better value for money. How about pushing it a little further and going for the Radon ZR Race 7.0?

or could the race be too inappropriate for mountain biking?

If you want similar geometry to the cube then get the Team Version of the Radon. The race has a longer top tube so a more aggressive XC style.

The 7 race is very nice, but with my sensible head on id say chose either the 7 Team or the 6 Race.

The 6 race shares the same fork as the Cube.

    Okay thanks :D

I guess I'll go for the Team 7, it's a shame they don't offer the black version for 724, I'd feel a bit silly spending nearly a hundred quid more just for a colour difference, but I'm unable to bring myself to buy a white one!
