Boris Bikes to Excel?

Need to get from Waterloo to Excel, tonight, looks like I can take a BB to East India DLR then go to Customs HOuse. Is this a decent route?

Or maybe just better to cycle to Tower Gateway and pick up DLR there?

    Jubilee line from Waterloo to can't remember where, then DLR to ExCel. The change station is marked on the tube line map over the seats on the tube. The change just involves walking up a flight of stairs - the DLR station is on top of the Jubilee station. Very easy.

    The change to Jubilee from mainline at Waterloo is a bit crap, would rather just walk out and hop on a BB.
