i'll be looking for a new bike soon for my 40th,i had a couple of options,
canyon nerve am ,giant anthem ,giant trance but while looking on CRC ive seen the kona abracadabra reduced by half price,kinda swaying towards this now,anyone have any advice as to whether it woyuld be worth purchasing,my riding is mostly natural trails xc and some trail centres.live in glasgow so have access to some excellant natural trails and xc

    If you only do trail centres and xc riding, and dont really venture on to bigger stuff, then I would reccomend the Giant Anthem. If your a bit on the heavy side, the Trance might be a better option with its extra 25mm travel.

    I have a 2011 Trance X3 and I abolsutely love it. Its genuinely a go anywhere, do it all bike.

    I have had a Kona Hei Hei 100 and that also was a very good bike too so the Kona might be worth a punt.
