Each nation has a house type thing going on at the Olympics, and the Belgian house is in Temple. They've got some turbos setup so you can have a go at riding La Redoute.
Might be worth stopping by if you're at a loose end. I couldn't clip in as was in my civvys so my time wasn't great (that's my excuse)

To be honest I didn't pay much attention. Whilst I suspect you'll be ok I'd always take a lock just in case.0
