Canyon Roadlite

am thinking of buying a canyon roadlite 7 and using their tool it comes up as a S in a 53cm for size, I have quite short arms and a bit of a dodgy back so was wondering what size someone of around 5'5 should get? does anyone have this model and around the same height?
