Long distance charity ride in Summer 2013

Hello all,
I'm looking for some advice on a new challenge. Last year I did the London to Amsterdam bike ride with Scope which was an amazing experience. I'm looking to do a new ride for a different charity other than Scope but require the support that ActionChallenge give. Are there any rides that you recommend? We are committed to raising thousands as a team but we want to do it for a specific charity.

Though not designed as a charity ride - people do ride it for charity.
