Horseshoe Pass Timed Ride

Does anybody know where the official start and finish points are for this hill climb.
Rode up recently from Llangollen and expected to see a start marker somewhere around the Brittania Hotel but did not,I assume that the finish point is the signpost opposite the Ponderosa Cafe at the top.

    DHC/1 - Horseshoe Pass (2m 585 yds)
    HQ Area: Llangollen


    Start : Adjacent to the Britannia Inn on the A452 approximately 2.5 miles North of Llangollen and 3 miles South of the event HQ.
    Course DHC/1 Start at yellow mark on the road adjacent to the entrance of the Britannia Inn and finish at the first lay-by on the left at the top of the Horseshoe Pass(Distance 2miles 585yds)
    constantly reavalueating the situation and altering the perceived parameters accordingly
