Trek SpeedTrap / Node Cycle Computer

Hi All,
New Madone is on order and it is Speedtrap compatible with the Node Bontrager cycle computers.
They're not the cheapest as you have to buy the computer and the sensor but looks like a really smart device as the sensor slots right into fork. I just wanted to know if anyone has one up and running on their bike and their thoughts? I've always had a Cateye and always thought you couldnt go wrong but it would be rude not to buy the Node when the bike is set up for it. Looking at the Node 1.1.
Any input at all is much apprecited.
Cheers!
