Cycle Hotels in Europe that are good for non-cyclist

I'm keen to get away for a few days later this year to one of Europe's cycle hotels where there are daily organised group rides and hire bikes available (can't be bothered with the hassle of taking my bike). I've been doing a fair amount of searching online and have seen quite a few good looking cycling hotels in Italy and Spain, only problem is that they seem to often be in the middle of nowhere with nothing for the non-cycling wife to do.
Has anyone got any recommendations for somewhere where I can happily leave the missus for the day while going out for a fantastic ride around some of Europe's amazing scenery? I don't really mind where in Europe it is, only want somewhere that I can get to easily from London.
Thanks in advance.

I'm no help and I'm in the same boat but I do hear that Morzine is a busyish town and you pay something like a euro a day to use a 50m pool and all of the lifts and gondolas etc.
Not much help was it :roll:0 -
If you fancy Italy then go for the below. Located in Bormio which is a mecca for cyclists and big enough with shops and bars/coffee house's for the missus - sorted!! :P
I stayed there for a week and its a proper bike hotel with real secure storage and tools and all you need and the food is pretty good.
