Presta valve pressure gauges

Hi,
I've done the decent thing and got some good wheels and tyres for the bike.
The cheap track pump I have has a built in tyre pressure gauge. The snag is the pump can not physically get the pressure over an indicated 80 psi. The pump handle goes solid. However, the tyres look like they have 1,000,000 psi and about to explode.
- Ether the tyre pressure gauge is a complete liar
- Or the pump blows out like an asthmatic flea.
Any suggestions? I've tried to find a hand held pressure gauge on the net but the ones I've found are not presta valve compatible or get a bad review.

...works ok, compared with 2 other gauges, they all say about the same, so i assume it's accurate enough
but as above, decent pump might be better overallmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
