Cant work out how to change lenses !

Hey I recently started cycling and my friend recommended getting some glasses to ride in, and after borrowing a pair of his for a ride decided to get some. and they are great but i cant work out how to change to the other lenses. Anyone know how?

    Usually with them shapes, you hold the frame one one side of the lens, and pull the diagonal opposite corner on the lens. Hold the frame on the opposite side of the nose piece though...
