Tyre sizing

Hi my hybrid on the wheels has 700c 622x16 would these tyres be too wide for it ? Continental City Ride Hybrid Bike Tyre - 700c x 32c or maybe these Schwalbe Marathon Plus Bike Tyre - 700c x 28c
It has narrow road tyres on at the moment (kenda 700 x 25) but I want some thing with a bit of grip for wet weather and carrying quite a bit of weight on the rack
