Mehning losers!

Seeing YeeHaa has come out the closet and bought a gay hipster bike, I have to say I'm very tempted to follow his brown-burrowing ways. Should get me quite a bit fitter for the off-roady stuff :D

Today, the minion returneth. She'd better make me tea as I've just finished the last of the milk off here. Meetings, soldering and image building is on the menu today. Woo.

Laters!
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

    morning all,

snapped my rear mech hanger last night at FoD. i've no idea how, as anyone who knows the place knows it's the smoothest rolling trail around...i was just pedalling along and off it popped :x i must have banged it at afan on friday and weakened it maybe? :?

so, no more riding for me until i get it fixed. i may go for a run later then

    not much else to report

    Mornin' stalkers of the underage

It may not be Friday, but f**k it - I'm having me fried breakfast soon as the nearest canteen has opened.

Today will follow the same pattern as yesterday - in the interests of science and sodium-filled valves, I shall be attempting to stick interesting things together in mysterious and terrifying ways, courtesty of robots and death-rays. Muahahahahaaaa!

    <ahem>

Source of hardtails crabby nature now pinned down to dodgey back hub. As this is the third time it'll have been toyed with in six weeks, I'll assume the bearings are borked. Replacing them is easy, accept the centrelock for the rotor will not budge. FMWheel.

Onwards! To caffeine! And baaaaacons! .......with a splash of mad science.
How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

    Mornin',

Today is day 2 of 'handing over to my replacement' awkwardness.

Would much rather be playing with bicycles.

    Meh etc etc.

    O hai!
I'd call mountain biking the "brown burrowing" actually, based on this summer we're having.
Loving the speed of this thing, even with a bad headcold and packed sinuses this morning, I managed to comfortably average 16mph to work
One thing though, I may have to change my route to work somewhat - what was as smooth as glass on the wolfridge(s) is now surprisingly jarring, and not only that, but the doddery old people seem to take much longer to get out of the way when you're approaching them at 25mph.
Thing is though, if I stick to just the road, it becomes a much shorter, much less pleasant ride.

Anyway, morning fat tyred brethren. Sorry to betray our MTBing gods.

    Mehning Cockjanglers,
Off up to the City later, meeting in West london, which is lucky i guess? Not as lucky as my best mate who is at the Beech Volley ball today, which is all being paid for by his new company and gets a day off for it too!

I will mainly be searching for a job online today as quite frankly i have had enough!!!

Anyway onwards to caffine and work dodging!

Bummer... prompted me to harass the manufacturer AGAIN to get a spare for bike A though, they've been out of stock for months:-

"what happens if I snap my hanger then"

"I can recommend our new line in clip-on beards sir, they compliment a rigid fork and having only 1 gear perfectly"

To be fair, the guy was helpful and offered to liberate one off returned frame for me, good times
A berm? were you expecting one?

    Afternoon
I have paid the deposit on a new Focus Board/BikeWagon. My Pringle shaped front wheel is farked, so searching for a new one. My Rattly back wheel can be fixed so it's in the NW being sorted. TFN keeps banging on about road bikes. Can't decide if this is win (hot bod in lycra, hello!) or fail (road bike, need I say more?)
I have had a disappointing muffin.
I still have a sore throat from Alton Towers Friday/drinking session Saturday.
Wishing I was still in France.
Tuesday is dragging like a wormy dog's @ss.

Not a win for you, as it does suggest he might be a raving bender.

If you're lucky its just a phase.

I think it's a phase, he's fed up of living for the weekend, apparently (isn't that what we all do?) and from a case of N+1. Dunno where he'd put another bike anyway..

I have once again started this horrible task after making the bizarre decision to stay put recently. No luck so far.

Just in coffee 1 in Cardiff, I was walking to the facilities when I noticed a nice young lady inspecting her lingerie purchases and trying them against her self for her friends approval, this gave me tassle cramp and made me wee wee like Michael j fox using a karcher

That too, yes, but whilst I was waiting for that, and trying to imagine it for the tommy tank-bank, I came up with a better idea. A picture of said hottie posing in the lingerie.

unfortunately, as the event happened many hours ago, I am unable facilitate that request, also she wasnt posing in the lingerie per say, it was held against her clothed chest

what can I say, I'm easily aroused
