help choosing a hybrid

I'm very new to this and looking to get my first adult bike!. Though I can't use a bike to commute as I need a car for work this section seems the best place to ask as I think it's a hybrid I'm looking for. I plan to ride on the country roads around my village for fitness/ leisure and in a few years going out on rides with my kids. I'd anticipate the odd gravel path hence looking for a hybrid. Having spent a couple of months searching gumtree and ebay I can't find anything local to me that would fit (I'm 5 foot and need a 14 or 15 inch frame).
I'm fed up waiting and have narrowed my thoughts down to the following:
